Enquire about coaching
Coaching is an ongoing relationship. We start by understanding your goals, your life and your relationship with food and movement, then build the kind of support you actually need. Weekly check-ins give us space to reflect, stay accountable and adjust your plan as we move towards your goals.

Each week we look at what is working, what feels difficult and what has changed. Your plan moves with your progress, capacity and real life.
You have a place to talk things through, receive guidance and stay accountable while building a relationship with food, exercise and yourself that supports your goals.
My background as a counsellor, nutritional therapist, personal trainer and yoga teacher lets us look beyond a training plan. We decide what support is useful for your goals and where you are now.

I’m Natasha. My own history with an eating disorder changed the way I think about food, exercise and what it means to be strong. I know how easily a goal can turn into a set of rigid rules. Recovery taught me that the way you pursue a goal matters as much as the outcome.
I went on to earn a first-class degree in person-centred counselling, alongside qualifications in nutritional therapy and personal training. I bring that education together with years of teaching yoga and my experience training and competing in bikini bodybuilding.

My eating disorder history gave me a personal understanding of how complicated a relationship with food and exercise can become.
In my twenties I travelled around the world, including Mexico, Brazil, Bali and India. Teaching yoga in India deepened my interest in the connection between movement, attention and wellbeing.
My degree in person-centred counselling and qualifications in nutritional therapy and personal training inform how I listen, plan and support change.
Training and competing in bikini bodybuilding taught me about progressive overload, fuelling, recovery and the pressure that can come with physique goals.
